Occupied Staging

Your home already has a story, and our job is to help it land with the right audience. Our occupied staging service begins with a thorough walkthrough and consultation, where we assess your existing furniture, layout, and decor. From there we suggest targeted edits, rearrange and rebalance what's working, and bring in additional pieces where needed. The goal is a space that feels polished, intentional, and ready to welcome its next owners.

Vacant Staging

Every empty room has a story waiting to be told, and we're here to tell it. Our vacant staging service handles everything from furniture sourcing and floor plan design to styling and installation. We bring in pieces that complement the home's architecture, create flow between spaces, and give buyers a clear sense of how each room can be lived in. You hand us the keys, and we take it from there.

Home Sale Design Consultation

Sometimes a home just needs a fresh set of eyes. One of our designers will walk through your home with you, room by room, and give you a clear and honest picture of what will help it sell. From furniture placement to curb appeal, you'll leave with a practical, prioritized list of recommendations tailored specifically to your home. No guesswork, just a solid plan to make the best possible first impression.

Move-In Design Consultation

A new home is a blank page, and we love helping you write what comes next. One of our designers will sit down with you, get to know your style, and walk through your new space to help you figure out how to make it truly yours. From furniture layout to color palettes and those finishing touches that pull a room together, we give you a clear and personalized plan to start this next chapter feeling right at home.

The Process

Our staging process is simple, efficient, and stress-free. It starts with a free home preview, where one of our experienced designers evaluates the space and delivers a tailored design proposal that highlights the home’s best features with a detailed quote. We work with both occupied and vacant homes, incorporating existing furnishings or fully staging empty properties to create a polished, cohesive look.

Once approved, we handle everything: coordination with the listing agent, scheduling, installation, and de-staging. The result is a beautifully presented home that stands out in the market, with no added work for the homeowner or agent.

From first walkthrough to final de-staging, we guide each home through a thoughtful process designed to make its strongest impression.

What drew me to home staging is that the design is truly for the home itself. Unlike traditional interior design, which brings one client's personal vision to life, staging allows me to bring out the home's story and potential in a way that feels inviting and meaningful to many.
